Being healthy is something I take personally to heart. I don’t think I could be happy if I wasn’t near my goal weight, or at least eating as healthy as I can. Looking nice comes third on my list of priorities and it definitely will never be my number one concern. But for some celebs, it seems they just want to be hot, skinny and they do it with the most insane diets you’ve ever heard.

The foxy actress says apple cider vinegar helps her lose the water weight. I have yet to see a photo of her looking chubby or puffy. I don’t know what ‘water weight’ she could possibly be referring to.

After disappearing from the limelight for 5 to 7 months, the singer had one of the best body comebacks of 2014. She was back to her natural skinny self in a much healthier way. With the 7 color food diet. The starlet adds as much color as she can to each meal, getting many more nutrients than she did before. A healthy dish must contain all colors: red, purple, green, white, orange and blue.
